Why is there suffering in the world?
For many people the world is a very dark and difficult place. There are global issues that are affecting the individual lives of many.
What is more, very near to where each of us live there will be someone who is fighting some illness, a couple that is struggling with debt or a family that has been devastated by the actions of a drunk driver.
Much of the suffering we experience often seems unfair. Many of us have asked the question, why do bad things happen to good people?
So who is to blame? Why do people suffer today? It is doubtful that the answer is simple. Some might suffer as a result of their own actions but that isn't the reason why life is so hard for many others.
